Adaptive Testing Technologies (ATT) has a longstanding commitment to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of ATT systems, services, and data by taking reasonable and appropriate steps to address the requirements of HIPAA, as amended by the HITECH Act, and the Privacy and Security Regulations.
ATT is committed to providing secure enterprise tools to its customers. We recognize that not all security vulnerabilities can be avoided, and we investigate any reports of potential privacy and security issues in our applications. We encourage responsible reporting of concerns using one of the methods detailed below.
ATT does not offer compensation for reporting potential security vulnerabilities or privacy concerns.
If you are a patient of an organization using ATT applications, you can report a concern directly with the organization that provides your care. Organizations using ATT applications maintain their own accounts and records based on their organization’s unique needs, and may be better suited to address your concerns.
If you are an ATT client, you can report a potential security issue by contacting your ATT representative or completing the reporting form below. We will work to promptly investigate the issue, following our standard risk assessment procedures. Each entry will be reviewed by the organization’s information security officers.
